Michelle joined Monteris Medical in 2015 as a Manufacturing Engineer supporting the company’s consumable product lines. Her roles have progressed with expanded levels of leadership within Project Management, Supply Chain, and Engineering Management. Michelle currently leads Monteris’ quality management system, including design assurance, quality assurance, post-market surveillance, and quality audits with oversight of regulatory strategy and submissions. She maintains a Manager of Quality/Organization Excellence (CMQ/OE) certification through ASQ.
Prior to Monteris, Michelle’s experience includes engineering and manufacturing management with Smiths Medical, St. Jude Medical, and Greatbatch Medical.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
