Emily Smith is Monteris’ Vice President of Marketing. She joined Monteris in 2017, leading the company’s marketing and medical education. Emily’s career has been entirely within the medical device industry, with a focus on global marketing and commercialization. Prior to Monteris, Emily led global downstream marketing within the shoulder replacement franchise of Tornier, Inc./Wright Medical, as well as surgeon education for upper and lower extremities. She also held management roles at American Medical Systems, overseeing the prostate health product segment, and led international marketing for Lifecore Biomedical in the company’s oral restorative division.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of International Relations from the University of Minnesota.
