Susan joined Monteris Medical in 2015 and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources.
Prior to Monteris, Susan held senior level HR positions at Medtronic, St. Jude Medical (Abbott Laboratories), PDL BioPharma, and UnitedHealthcare. Throughout her 30+ years in HR, she has established a proven track record of shaping HR strategy to support business objectives, fostering an inclusive culture and promoting employee engagement.
Susan earned a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations at the University of Minnesota.
