Lisa Hayden joined Monteris Medical in 2017 and is the Senior Vice President of Market Access and Chief Compliance Officer. She also has responsibility for clinical affairs, regulatory, and quality functions. Lisa has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has spent the last 20 years of her career developing reimbursement and compliance programs in the medical device space. Her work has led to expanded access to medical technologies across the industry.
Prior to joining Monteris, Lisa spent 16 years at Galil Medical and BTG plc where she led the establishment of new CPT codes, coverage and payment for cryoablation procedures, as well as advancing reimbursement initiatives outside the U.S. Lisa’s career includes physician practice management and hospital administration at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington D.C., Johns Hopkins Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, MD, and INOVA Health in Fairfax, VA. She has also served on various working committees for both MDMA & AdvaMed, the leading medical technology trade associations.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radiologic Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Leadership & Management from George Washington University.
