Andy joined the Monteris Medical Board of Directors in October of 2022. In his most recent operating role, Andy was President and CEO of Tepha, Inc., a leading developer and manufacturer of biomaterials, located in Lexington, Mass. He led the company for the nine years until the company’s successful exit to Becton Dickinson in 2021.
Previously, Andy was Vice President and General Manager of Tornier, Inc., a global extremities-focused orthopedic device company, from 2008-2013. From 2001 to 2007, he was Vice President and General Manager of Womens’ Health at American Medical Systems, Inc., a Minnetonka, Minn. company focused on developing and commercializing surgical devices to support pelvic health.
Andy currently serves as Entrepreneur in Residence at Birchview Capital and has joined the Board of Directors at CREO, Inc.
